Help people find the right care
A patient can arrive with very different questions: which service is suitable, who provides it, where the appointment takes place and when a time is available. These decisions belong to the same journey. Separating them across unrelated pages makes it harder to carry a choice forward. A clear service description gives the visitor a starting point, while a specialist profile adds the professional context needed before choosing a visit. Location information and opening hours answer the practical questions that follow.
Fenix connects those needs in a branded interface with Finnish and Swedish language choices. The homepage offers routes to appointment search, telephone contact, remote reception and occupational-health booking. Service and specialist-clinic pages explain the available care, and the directory groups professionals by specialty. Each profile provides a route into booking for that specialist. A separate pricing page lets visitors inspect service prices before continuing. These are patient-access and service-discovery functions; the case concerns the booking journey rather than the clinical work performed during a consultation.
Connect information with the next action
The appointment search combines specialty, practitioner, clinic, date range and time of day. Visitors can narrow the available times around what matters for their visit instead of starting again with a separate list. Results bring the date, time, specialist and location together, with an action to select the appointment. The reservation dialog then provides identification and registration paths. The implementation also contains booking confirmation and cancellation journeys connected to the appointment system.
Occupational-health customers have a dedicated entry point and booking mode. Their search uses the configured specialties and practitioner relationships for that path. Meanwhile, content-managed service descriptions, specialist profiles, clinic pages and pricing sections support the decisions around a visit. Together, these parts connect information maintained by the provider with the patientโs next action.
The application was developed by WeAre using ReApptor Platform and ReApptor Component Library, supplied by ReApptor as subcontractor. The solution combines a React interface and .NET services with CMS content and an appointment-system integration. This completed project demonstrates how a development team can use the platform for a branded service journey. The images reproduce the implemented interface with fictional specialists, illustrative prices and a local test schedule. They show the user experience without exposing patient information. For a similar portal, the starting discussion is your services, users, booking rules and existing systems, followed by the workflow and integrations needed to connect them.
